In order to involve students in decision making and to get firsthand knowledge of inconveniences, if any, being faced by the students, Echelon has the rare distinction of having in place a representative body of students called 'Class Committee' The committee comprises of three class representatives from each section. The meetings of this committee are called by the Director twice a month or earlier to discuss issues calling for urgent attention. These representatives also play a pivotal role in organizing various events and help maintain proper decorum on the campus.

Deans and other senior faculty are also invited to participate in the deliberations of such meetings.
